Had to fight to get the 10% off as advertised on the site, then the delivery company left the huge bag of compost in the vestibule. I’m disabled and paid for delivery to my flat itself. I notified the company but heard nothing back. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t use again. The product itself was good though.
