“They sent me to a company that had a reasonable, still high priced flight, that had the exact times and dates I was looking for. So, ok. I was willing to pay a little more.
They sent me to a company called travel- masters.com.
I purchased the ticket online, and received an email saying it was unconfirmed and shortly after a call. Once they had me on the phone, they proceeded to tell me the ticket wasn’t available, but they had other tickets for that flight available for almost $200 more.
I asked them what happened, and they told me I did not understand the process and that this is the only flight available. I told the rep I understood the travel industry, and asked again what happened?
They tried gaslighting me, into believing that I didn’t know what I was talking about and that they did. They offered me a $50 discount half an already inflated ticket.
Total bait and switch company, run the other way!”

So the last 2 times I have gone to book airline travel I have attempted to go through Jetcost. Both times I have researched flights and booked flights and times that would work for myself and my budget. Both times I have received a phone call hours later informing me that costs have changed and my flights are now DOUBLE or TRIPLE!! This tactic is classic Bait and Switch and is illegal by federal law!!! Do NOT use this company! Do not let those u know or love use this company! I cancelled both times and have gladly paid an honest business MORE money for the same trips just because I cannot endorse such dishonest and unethical business practices!!!”
