Hey Claire, Thank you for your feedback! Apologies that you experienced a problem when opening your BottleCan, hopefully it wasn't too bad? Our BottleCans are pressurised to help them maintain their shape throughout the manufacturing process. This is why we advise against shaking them on the caps however, as our drinks are mixed to perfection before being poured into the BottleCans, there is no need to shake them! “I am shocked how terrible your customer service has been. I am still yet to receive my coffee order (which I made 6 days ago) and I have sent 4 emails and have still NOT received any replies. I paid for next day delivery (as I was away on a long weekend for my friends wedding) and you not only did not manage this, but you then changed the delivery till Saturday (when I was away). I therefore changed the delivery date to Tuesday 12th Sept and again, did not receive my delivery. I have had 0 contact from your customer service team and when I try and track the Royal Mail app (for the 10th time) the tracking reference you gave me is not recognised. As I have said in multiple emails which have been ignored, you are BY FAR the tastiest oat iced coffee on the market and I would drink your coffee every day and have told my friends and work colleagues previously how amazing your brand is, which is why I wanted to support you directly (rather than buying wholesale which I have been doing for ages!) But now, I feel so saddened by the way you have handled this order aka. complete radio silence and you have left a loyal customer really unhappy. I would expect a full refund/or my full case of coffee but at the least a reply to my emails!!!”

“I LOVE the extra strong cans. I don’t have sugar in my coffee so I was dubious as these drinks have added sugar but the coffee is strong enough for me to get over a few granules ! Fantastic service ❤️❤️”
