“I liked the pajama I ordered. I ordered two more pairs, the problem was that I put my address but a different state since your website defaulted me to Virginia instead of Illinois. I never got the shipment after 4 weeks I called a I realized that I picked wrong state. I spoke to a gentleman and explained to him the mistake, he said sorry, we cannot ship you another set. I understand it was my mistake but the true customer service would be most sympathetic and would do the right thing. I’m sure what it costs the company for the pajama is under $5 and the company could have won me as a customer and I would order more products in the future, but instead the gentleman choose to be stingy and looses me as a costumer. I will not be ordering from you again despite I was happy with your product.”
