“I had the PCR test and the antibodies test. I asked for a folllow up on the Anti bodies test to discover the range but the support centre could not cope with the request and sent me scripted answers, then told me I could not see a Doctor, when all I asked for was a call. I will be making a formal complaint tomorrow. This is a regulated business and I am entitled to discuss a result with a qualified Doctor.”
