“I like how easy it is to check in with my coach and to track my food/exercise. I also like how much good information they provide, overall I found it all pretty easy to understand and follow.”

“Yeah I’m pretty happy with Norm so far. The only reason I would give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish there was somewhere I could actually go visit in person. I think that would be helpful. But yeah overall its a good programme”

“The app is good. I really like the reminders and lessons. Also I feel I have learned so much that I did not know before. I like the education that they provide. And it is so great to have James there all the time when I have more questions and need help.”

“I am still very new to Norm but it has been really helpful to keep track of everything and also have a coach I can get support from every day. That surprised me actually that she is online almost all the time. And she is very nice and helpful”

“The young lady Rosie who carried out the tests was very friendly, joyful and efficient on a Sunday afternoon, despite having to endure the heat in the room (no fan or air-conditioning on a 28 degree day!). She didn't even have a blind or curtain to protect her from the sun. She deserves medals and a pay rise immediately! She also deserves better care in the testing room! :(”

“Good, except it does not say only valid for 6 months from the first day of positive test. Says in big letters top of the form Valid for 6 months but we thought that meant from when you apply. We did manage to get a refund though. Good Luck.”

“Kit arrived promptly. Lack of bar code for registration was corrected quickly by helpful customer service assistant. Test process was very easy and a step by step guide ensures you could not go wrong and the results came back faster than the quoted time and it was easy to get them into a format suitable for my phone. Good service and a reasonable price”
