Test booking and test tasking process was very smooth. However, paid for same day results and ended up getting them at 8am the next day. No response to any emails asking what went wrong given it was “guaranteed” same day. No point paying more for this firm when you don’t get the service you paid for and you get no response to complaints.

Ordered our kit on 2nd Sept, delivery now scheduled for 8th Sept. Not sure who is writing these great reviews, suspect they are not all genuine. Don't know how these guys are govt rated.

I was instructed by your office to book a specific test (FTF not pcr), but when I showed up, I was instructed once more to change it. The problem is, that then I was charged with higher price, compared to the price of this correct test- that I would have paid, if I had not been misled in the first place). Namely, it was actually a fine that I paid for your office's mistake. I you'll take the right steps to remedy it. Kind regards Shahar Ginosar

Pleasant enough process but 38 hours before result. Not really acceptable. I trust Day 5 test will be more punctual.

Unfortunately the results has been sent after 2 days and I had to pay for an additional test to come back to Italy since I got them only when in Italy

Frankly, the person doing my test was brutal, the swap was rammed down my throat until I gagged, and then so far up both nostrils my eyes were watering and I was in pain once I left. Her manner left a lot to be desired, and this was not my experience for other C-19 tests

Staff at centre not given all t(e knowledge. They did not know which brand of antigens test was being done and had to contact support team on line as any customer would do!

Hi, today I’ve queued about 15 mins before the test in a big hall that was completely without heating. I would have expected a more welcoming environment given the cost of the test. Regards.

Enclosed space with potentially infected cases mixed with others. Not something I would like to see at the professional level. Staff needs more training in handling potentially infected materials. The price is high. But the return time is good.

Paying almost £200 to do a COVID test in a club venue now used as test center is outrageous. The nurse was really nice and professional but for almost £200 I expect a much cleaner and professional venue.

My partner and I signed up to the 48 hours PCR test (at the Fulham centre) as is required to fly into Hong Kong. On arrival, the person checking us in was efficient. He even went as far as to tell us that entry into Hong Kong also requires an antibodies test - he said confidently that was newly required as of the weekend. Trusting him, we duly paid extra for the antibodies test. It would appear when we arrived at Heathrow and subsequently in Hong Kong that the antibodies test was NOT a requirement. It would seem that the chap at the Fulham Centre was disingenuous in order to collect more payment (extra GBP100 from us) on top of what was already a very expensive PCR test. Whilst the results were returned swiftly, we were disappointed by the disingenuous staff that exploited travel rules to charge us more money. As an aside, the nurses who tended to my partner was qualified and efficient. Sadly, I had a trainee nurse, albeit overseen by an experienced one, and that was a terrible experience - which I would know as I have had several PCR tests over the last 9 months!
