Testing process and professionals were ok However i was completely in the dark since i did the test. Didnt know where the sample was, if it was processed, and when i would receive the results. You understand since it's a fit to fly test transparency and staying up to date is of utmost importance.

I went on line on Friday evening and booked for a test in Birmingham at 9.10 am on Saturday but it registered me at the Manchester test centre due to a glitch in the online booking system. Tried to rearrange but there was noone to take my call/email until after the appointment. Necessitated my driving all the way to Manchester and back (4.5hrs) so as not to loose the booking and money paid. Requested compensation ... none offered though. The testing was good and efficient mind you!

I got a quick appointment and the results came on time the only criticism I can give is the testing itself I had been tested two previous times also PCR without a problem this time was terrible the guy wasn’t good at all it took him far too long and he went soo deep that I felt it for several hours after and if I didn’t have previous experience I would’ve thought this is normal but I would not come back to your center

Very efficient service but what a rip off charging £400 for the same day result!! I suppose there are always people taking advantage of what is a very difficult worldwide problem. Capitalism at its worst!!

Your testing service was fine (I attended your Watford centre): I arrived early, the receptionist was welcoming and helpful, and the test was carried out very quickly and efficiently. My issue is that, before I made the appointment, I specifically asked via Live Chat whether you would be able to provide an additional certificate in the form specified by the Japanese government. I was assured that you would, if I sent the form to your e-mail address. I did so at 09:06 on Friday morning, immediately after taking the test. On receiving your standard certificate on Saturday evening, I sent you further e-mails sent on Sunday, neither of which was even acknowledged. I was in fact able to reenter japan using your certificate, but the re-entry procedure was delayed because I did not have a certificate in Japan's required format. I feel let down, and I suggest that, if you are really unable or unwilling to provide a certificate in a country-specific format, you should clearly say so, and not allow your Live Chat to make a different representation of your service.

I only found out at the door that they forgot to send me a link for me filling in my personal information e.g. names, date of birth passport no. to be on the report (which is required for international flights). Please double check with them if you have that or your report is not going to be eligible for travels. The person who did my samples was not useful nor friendly and did not give me proper instructions as to what he was going to do to me. He was also not careful or gentle when it comes to nose sample collection, the inside of my nose hurt for the whole day.

The appointment booking system is speedy and quick to take payment, after which you are told to not eat/drink/smoke for two hours prior to test so I had to rebook as this hadn't been made clear at time of booking. The nurse was professional and recommended also doing the antibody test while I was there. Results arrived within estimated time although when I ask what brand the antibody test was via the customer services line, I was told this information was not available so I now doubt validity of both tests.

Expensive and staff not empathetic or professional. North of England charges 150 GBP with 24hr guarantee result. The staff did not provide truthful information at the time of the visit of what was involved, and therefore, I was in shock as to what was to be done. Would not use your service again.

I was told that I must not have had Corona virus because I had no antibodies. In fact I had Corona virus over last Christmas and New Year and had a clinic test in late July which showed I had developed antibodies. I was IgM positive and IgG negative. I hadn’t realised before the test that it would look only for IgG antibodies.

Disappointing that Antibody Test was promised for 9 pm...and as of time of writing has not been received and no explanation has been provided. I wonder if my fit to fly results will be similarly late without explanation

They literally do mean they won’t send it to you before 18:00 two days after the test... although in my case in was ~19:00 and I had to convince them to check me in still and take the risk...
