It’s a lot of work and a little bit intimidating to try and lose 3 stone. But so far my coach has tried to make things easier for me. I like the plan he made for me, it’s not too complicated.

Its slow going because I have a lot of weight to lose. But my eating habits are becoming more regular. I am slowly developing a routine that is starting to stick. Its better than the other programmes I have tried before.

So far so good. I think things are going well. It’s nice that I can chat with Dan all the time when I need help. Im having a hard time sticking with a good routine and staying motivated but things are getting better. Im feeling encouraged, thanks

Great friendly staff and we walked in and made an appointments straight away. Results came back same day for our £99 PCR. Amazing. That was last night and considering they aaid MOFA report will be back in 5 minutes, I have sent numerous emails and phone calls and no certified form to travel to Japan. This is cutting it close!!

They were pricy but central, fast, friendly & efficient. They even took me in early the moment I arrived. Did not hurt my nose as some testers do. Also, I ordered 24 hour results but got them within 5 hours, which brings peace of mind when you have a plane to catch. Only glitch was that they sent me two advance reminders specifying the wrong time for the test - 2 hours later than my actual booking - if I had not phoned ahead to query the error I would have arrived to find the centre closed, which would have been awful as I was being lifted in from quite far away!!

Good and quick service. Very difficult to find the location based on address, which seems to be temporary and not immediately obvious from maps.

The process is cumbersome and complicated. If this is your fault you should correct it but if the villian is HMG we must all abide our fate in an escalation of witless burocracy

I had paid for the 48hours result and the attendant told me that I'd receive my certificate by 6 pm on Sunday. She convinces me to do an upgrade for 24h result and now I receive my result on the same day. I'll not be refunded by my company and now I'm a felling idiot.

The service was good but the cost has rocketed up to £260 from my previous 5 tests which were half of that with you last year. To get it sped up i had to pay another £100.. Cost is way too high.

I had the PCR test and the antibodies test. I asked for a folllow up on the Anti bodies test to discover the range but the support centre could not cope with the request and sent me scripted answers, then told me I could not see a Doctor, when all I asked for was a call. I will be making a formal complaint tomorrow. This is a regulated business and I am entitled to discuss a result with a qualified Doctor.
