“The service was good and quick and we received the results at about 5.30, having had the test at 10.30 My only slightly negative comment is that we were not called by name and there was no numbering system, so people were entering at random, some jumping the order.”

“It doesn't make sense at a coronavirus test centre (where there's a high chance someone has coronavirus) to make everyone who leaves the building turn the same door latch with their bare hands.... Feels incredibly amateur.”

“Convenient location. I think that the staff should have offered more information about the test being undertaken. As someone who works for the NHS ( albeit in a non- clinical role) I had a fair idea, but most others won’t. Hand sanitizer not routinely offered which seemed strange.”

“Professional staff and clean facilities. But they are overcharging given how cheap these PCR tests are I am surprised they can get away with £400 same day service.”

“Quite fast and realiable. Friendly staff. Not sure if it's clean enough. I saw a staff member blowing their nose and then just using disinfecting gel rather than washing their hands properly. Being in a COVID-19 testing centre I would have expect them to do so.”

“You MUST ventilate the room by opening ALL doors of the hall. Otherwise NO air circulation. Dangerous. Staff doesn’t take advice on board. Otherwise very good.”
