“I was told that it would be a quantitative antibody test, rather than positive/negative. After the test I complained via email and received no response. It is rather pricy, £120 for a test that doesn't give quantities of antibodies. Service on site, however, was quick and easy.”

“Would be better if the result would come back within the day before 6pm. But to charge extra £100 for 24 hours is far too much....”

“I had an issue with the price, as on web clearly said: £165 per PCR Certificate 48 hrs. and the gentleman at the reception over charged me with £10 extra, can someone please explain me why this extra £10. Thanks”

“Felt like being in basement cell,not what I expected for the amount of money exploited for a covid test just to travel.everywhere in Europe this is free ,why in England do you charge and take ad vantage of the covid situation.disgraceful from every angle.”

“It was a very straightforward process. I was a bit confused by the recommendation that for those travelling, they should check with their carrier as to whether the swab test being undertaken is acceptable. Surely, it’s a case of whether it’s acceptable to the the destination? In my case, I’m travelling to the Canary Islands (Tenerife) Spain, and it would be helpful if your website stated clearly whether it’s acceptable to the Canary Islands, or not, obviously subject to change.”

“Test centre did not feel that clean, not like a clinic at all, and the staff who did the sample collection were very unfriendly. However the test results came back earlier than expected which was appreciated.”

“Checking in wasn't completely clear. as standing for some time before I was asked to sit down and wait my turn. A woman came at least 20 mins after me, was asked to sit down. The second receptionist asked who was next,she immediately got up and said that she was...and was seen!”

“The test center was well organised and efficient. It seemed clean and I saw the tester santising the testing station after each customer. I have only given it three stars however because the tester was wearing his mask below his nose the whole time he tested the person before me and during my test.”
