“Too many people at the same time, which would accepatable for a free or cheaper price, not if you have paid so much for a covid test and you had an appointment scheduled.”

“Admin was good but the test itself left me in significant discomfort down one side of my face for over 24 hours which but I cant imagine is correct! Hopefully I will not to be tested again any time soon.”

“The service was swift and good. Definitely overrated but price in line with many others if you’re going to look last minute. Some of the staffs was talking and wearing masks improperly and since it was a closed space it didn’t make me feel very safe. I would suggest having less staff inside (only essential, keep the others outside) and have them wear masks properly and minimise talking.”

“The digital service is excellent however the conditions at the test centre were mediocre - there was a long queue and it was impossible to maintain safe distances near the entrance of the building which was also the same as the exit.”

“As it it a pop up centre, it doesn’t have the feel of a proper clinic so it is a bit rough and ready looking. The location is good and very central for London. Price is on par with other centres. The results came quickly.”
