“It was quick and easy no queues”

“Pack em, rack em and stack em springs to mind when I think back on this experience. Far too many people coming and going, waiting line straggled through them all. Four practitioners taking the tests, push em in and shove em out. Very stressful, seriously expensive experience.”

“The service was fine but I cannot believe how much is being charged for this very simple test which takes less than 2 mins to administer. I actually think it's a scandal that private organisations like yours are making so much money out of ordinary people. It's utterly shameful in my opinion. Why can't you offer tests at a fair price? Profiteering from COVID is about a low as you can go.”

“My daughter and I both attended the session. The reception staff were welcoming, pleasant and did their job well. There wasn't a queue. Having entered the treatment area, we only had to wait for a minute or two. The employee who administered the test on my daughter was not wearing a mask or a visor initially. I think that she only put them on once my daughter had sat down. The employee who admistered my test was wearing his PPE. The test was uncomfortable but not quite as painful as I thought. The nose swabs caused a burning sensation with was certainly uncomfortable both during and after the test. He obviously was expert as his job and was welcoming. He deserves credit. I was really surprised to receive the results (negative thankfully) so quickly.”

“Hello, I just did not understand why, when we where there, a man, look like the team manager, could enter in the center without wearing a mask, without cleaning his hands and walk in without respecting the social distance, touching shoulders of the team and etc. Regards,”

“Process to leave the facility is through a single narror corridor, where people are also asked to queue for testing, would be better to keep this clear or have a separate exit/entry”

“I was nearly held up at the U.K. border because of the heading of "Fit to Fly" certificate was not compatible with Hong Kong requirement of "Test Result" certificate. It would be much better and more smoothly at border, if your test centre knew my destination for Hong Kong and gave me the required and correct "Test Result" certificate beforehand.”

“All was nicely organized. But the appointment was later than booked. Also the same day service fee is outrageous . They need to consider the reality and not take advantage. 400 pounds for a test is unacceptable.”

“New office, not quite fully wired. My Certificate was offered sooner than expected, fortuitously because there were two issues. My passport number had been "lost" and printing the certificate at home the bottom lines failed to print, hence offering of certificate number. A return email request had both fixed within a few seconds so no harm done after some palpitations! Italian immigration were not interested in seeing the certificate but I might have abided a horrendous queue for the "test".”

“The staff were very great but I was expecting someone to help someone who is incapable of doing the test themselves. I was lucky I watched the video before went of the test . The lady sat next me she was struggled to do it herself. She ended coughing and sneezing in front everyone which made my best friend paranoid when he got home that day. I do believe should a better way to make the test more safe and fun for everyone”

“Having a test of corona virus is already scary and the people at the front desk of the centre aren’t very friendly nor comforting. The place is scary in general. Not sure if they are doing it accurately because others were in tears, they were shouting in pain, but others were just normal like nothing happened. So not sure about it.”
