Test time changed at last minute, husband's new time an hour different to mine, had to take taxi to make sure we got there on time. Impossible to contact centre to find out why still no explanation or apology.

Booked for Japan, when I did confirmation after booking said Japan, lady at test centre asked me where I was going, I said Japan... guess what its not valid. Call centre said sorry nothing we can do... not even a refund.. Rubbish !

Rosey, at the Hammersmith office/lab, was an angel in my time of need. She tested me three times, "just to make sure," gave a thorough and, as it turned out, completely accurate description of how the next 2-4 days of suffering would unfold, and what I needed to do next. Best of all, she encouraged me. Picture it: Alone in London, where I don't know anyone. All I knew was that I had a deadly disease and wouldn't be allowed to go home. I had no backup plan, just a morbid sense of humor and, thank the gods, Rosey. If I had a business in the UK, I'd hire her in an instant and pay her whatever she asked.

7 days in, didn't receive kits, didn't even make it to the carrier DPD. Not responding to emails, not responding to live chat, currently on hold to ridiculous music - 20 minutes in. Do not order here.

I just received an email informing me that they are now offering PCR tests at Victoria for "just £250". I cannot see how such an outrageous price could possibly be justified. You will have no more business from me.

Test is only 24 hrs valid ! we gave the departure flight, why did we get the test so early ?, we missed our business class flight because test 2 hours expired !! we needed to rebook flight and in all urgent to book another test, just a waste of time and money just becouse we where not aware this test was only 24 HRS VALID !!

I attended a same day test result, which I didn't receive until *pm next day, endless calls to non-existent customer service, had to re-arrange flights, etc, no compensation

I paid extra for next day delivery service. The order did not arrive the next day so I did not receive the kit in time to take it on holiday. The delivery tracking details I was given did not work. I complained twice but no refund was offered, not even for the next day delivery.

My test kits did not arrive and when I asked the post office they said my test kits were lost I do not recommend this place

Package not delivered as advised. Ignoring efforts to contact them. Package no longer on Tracking link. May have ruined holiday before we have left home!!

Hello - we have been good customers of this service, however when trying to get help on the customer service line - no response - have sent emails Dec 23 and Jan 10th no response ..... friendly but do not trust them!

My day 2 PCR test booked for December 31st, was cancelled due to covid issues at the Manchester clinic. I was advised, by voicemail, to either call them or reply to their email to reschedule. I did not receive an email, and when I tried to call was sent around in an endless loop. I have tried at least four times to contact them via their messaging service in their website but no one has responded. In the end I had to buy another test from a different company. I am now trying, through my bank, to get a refund. This company needs to be investigated.

I booked two appointments for fit to fly tests which I then had to cancel. I gave 48 hours notice of cancellation and since then I have not been able to communicate with anyone regarding my refund! Four emails have gone unanswered. There is no way to talk to any human being. Disgraceful customer service.

We gave up the trip and asked for a refund for testing. They asked and we sent a confirmation of the hotel booking cancellation. After that nothing ... Just marketing notices to remind us of the failed £ 99!

They don't answer emails, phone calls and don't let you cancel tests. I gave advanced notice and have received no email reponse and it is impossible to reach them by phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely disgusting service. I have paid £210 for the same day result and I was guaranteed that I would have received the result before midnight (when I have used other companies I have received them at approximately 5.30 Pm on the same day. If I won't receive a full refund I will involve Trading Standards and my credit card. They should be shut.

I mistakingly booked coronavirus in clinic PCR test and emailed (as advised on their telephone support line) to cancel almost immediately and have had no response or acknowledgement email still.

Over Priced, No Responsibly, and No customer Service at all. I have ordered a £70 test kit and no yet delivered am trying contact no response for mails, calls and chat. No responsibility and no care. Should be reported to nhs

Morning, I purchased my 2nd and 8th day test, my 2nd day test came back within 30 hrs. I used my 8 day test as a fit to fly on my 5th day which took over 6 days, meaning I had to purchase a third test to fly. I tried to contact but have heard nothing, also when you finally gave me my result it was totally out of date. I understand you are busy but what’s the point in doing tests if you can’t get the results back in time. Not impressed.
