We're sorry that you didn't have a good experience with visiting our test centre, we try to make all of our locations feel as comfortable as possible while also lowering the risk of contamination with unnecessary surfaces so we understand that it may not feel as inviting as we'd like it to but we hope that your results have now put your mind to rest.

Paid for same day test. Test results failed to materialise on the day. Five calls to their helpline later (each one of them saying they would call back) and the final call said “we are in the same boat as you, we don’t know what has happened to your test results either”. Same boat! Can only imagine these reviews are all posted by bots. Worst service and empathy I’ve ever experienced.

Found out after that this test is not approved for NHS or quarantine shortening. The testing centre itself seemed very sketchy.

Although the service once there was very good we were unable to use our BA discount as it kept telling us the code was invalid. The people at the test centre were unfortunately unable to help. The rest of the service was fantastic but it rather soured the experience

Absolutely overpriced service! And instead of consulting me the gentleman at the test centre was upselling to me. Basically telling me that if I wouldn’t buy the next bigger package (£100 more) I wouldn’t get my test on time, which turned out to be not true based on another employees statement. Stay away from them!! There’s load of other services that only cost half and are honest.

I was advised wrongly at the center and chose the two days results. However, the tests were sent one day earlier. It's impossible to speak to anyone, emails are not answered. The live chat is a BOT. very frustrating, and it looks like I have to buy a new one from a different company.

The 10pm result claim is not true - I have heard nothing and await the results from my on test at 9.00am this morning.

Paid for same day results. Had my test at 11.29 It’s now after midnight and no results. Difficult to find contact details on website which now don’t matter as no one is working. £400 paid

STAY AWAY. Absolutely shocked. Payed 175£ for a 2day guaranteed fit to fly test which never came through. It's been more than 72h later and I am still wainting - risked my flight and paying a penalty upon arrival at destination.

Yesterday, I paid £275 for a PCR test with guaranteed results in 1 day by 6PM. It is now 10:43PM and I still haven't received my results. I am now extremely worried that the results won't arrive in time for my flight.

I did the test yesterday paying £275 for a 24 hour result PCR. Results were supposed to arrive today by 6pm, but it's no 7.30pm and no sign of the results. I called the support line, waited more than half an hour on the line, but they couldn't do anything. Do not use this service!!! It's appalling! Robbers

DO NOT USE. Paid a premium for 48 hour results for a flight. Still not received. Call centre cannot confirm what is going on or whether will ever be available. Will not arrange another tear for me. Will only refund if whole family can confirm missed flight!

Booked a 2 day test. I did the swap on Friday morning, but I won't get the results until Sunday evening. I found the wording in the website misleading, where it boasts 'Guaranteed results in 1 or 2 days' and 'Samples analysed 7 days a week, even on weekends'. Unfortunately clearly just taking advantage of the pandemic. I spoke to customer service and they were largely unhelpful and defensive, clearly showing they had customers with similar issues before.

paid for two tests, one got sent one test result - trying to find or even contact someone to find out where the other test certificate is, is proving to be a complete nightmare.

It is not clear in the site that the 2 day guaranteed results are not actually out in 2 days, meaning they can take more than 48 hours. I was made to pay more in order to guarantee that I will have them for my flight
