“When I try to book my test - this box asking for a review gets in the way. It is not possible to close it!! Most annoying thing out. All I am able to do is leave a review - not book my test.”

“My results only came through at 10.40 pm after I had to contact them via e mail. They e mailed back immediately my results saying they were sent at 7 pm. They weren’t. I received every e mail, receipt and every correspondence apart from the crucial one.”

“The Corona test centre was very efficient and clean. I was surprised that my antigen test result was positive so I had a PCR test on the NHS the next day which came out negative. The Corona Test Centre has rave reviews for efficiency but what about accuracy? That for me would be the most important factor as I had to cancel my plans, loose my tickets and call my relatives when I was told I was positive.”

“Very efficient and clean. I was very surprised when my antigen test was POSITIVE. The next day I had a PCR Covid test on the NHS. I was negative. Due to my 'positive result' I had to change all my plans, cancel tickets (no refund) etc. How can this test be "Accuracy of 93.8%"?”

“Extortionate prices (£400 for same day result test...). Refused to give me the 10% discount that Cathay Pacific passengers are entitled to. Customer service is non existent. Now that the £80 LAMP test is available at Heathrow Airport and should soon be more widely accepted by more countries, I hope this company loses business ....”

“I would not recommend this test centre. The service experienced is below standard. The Co- CEO Of the the company -Lucas- has not engaged in matters related to the Tests done. Overall this test centre does not meet the requirements needed to tackle the pandemic, effecting our community in Hammersmith and Fulham.”
