“To be honest, i dont know where all of these 5 star reviews are coming from? This company has not responded to any of my emails, and after seeing a nurse in the facility and explaining her the situation, she reached out over email to the company, told me she will update me on my concerns and still no respond! Awful customer service. Beware, you will not be able to get in touch with them at all.”

“make a real business out of the pandemic and people health the test will cost you more if you want to get the result quicker they send black friday discount and coupons... and of course you can't review them on google sad and pathetic organisation”

“Because of the last 10 days situation with France border we are unable to travel. I’ve sent proof that I had all my reservations but I had to cancel. It’s an impossible matter to get a refund.”

“When I arrived, they did not check any of my documents to identity me. They only asked for my name and date of birth. This should not be tolerated. They reassured me that I will get my result by 23:59 the same day. I did not receive the result until a couple hours later. This created a lot of uncertainty as I still had to go to the airport without the certificate, for me to only receive it when I arrived. I do not recommend this company at all. They are unreliable and are not professional.”

“On your site when we make the order you state that is delivered in 3-4 working days , i called today because I couldn’t track it with the tracking number provided by you and the operator said that it can’t be tracked and also the first order possibly will only be delivered on Tuesday the 21 of december and no data for the second, what is totally unacceptable because you advertise when you are selling that will be delivered in 3-4 working days so as a customer I’m expecting to get my products on those dates otherwise I would apply for a different type of delivery or search alternatives. I had the same issue last month with my 2 day test that took more than 10 working days to arrive and you had to send another because apparently was “lost”. Can you please review this situation and please follow the timings that you advertise or change the information on the site so we are guide in error.”

“My “guaranteed same day PCR day 2” results did not arrive by midnight of the same day as guaranteed. The “24/7” support chat is a bot that tells you that someone will be in touch in 2 days’ time”

“We bought a fit to fly that says it’s accepted in USA. I phoned to confirm and was told we can’t guarantee it will be accepted by your airline. Wow. Thanks for that.”

“Booked day 2 and day 8 test. Only option to return them is by post but I’m in quarantine. Help desk told me I was okay to leave the house to post it back which is nonsense. I had the track and trace call to my door today to make sure I was complying. If I’d been out at the post box they would have fined me. I’m furious with the nonsense advice and lack of support and no idea what I’m meant to do now.”

“My Day 2 test took 4 postal days to arrive. When I phoned Corona Test Centre on the 3rd day after they posted it they said I had to wait till 8 pm on the 4th postal day before they would consider it a problem for them to deal with, even though by then I would be beyond Day 2 after my arrival in the UK. I'd told the call centre worker that I'd be happy to go into one of their Test centres to get it done, and she promised that a manager would phone me up, but no one ever phoned.”

“I decided to do a trial test to see if I got my results in time and unfortunately I received an email suggesting I get the lateral test on my return but NO email with my RESULTS of my initial PCR test. Unfortunate because the service at the clinic was good”

“Horrendous, do not book with them. First the lose my 2 days test then they accuse me of not registering, but they themselves cannot produce the backup number for my test to register. Then they offer another test at a discount. Also no understanding of the day 2 reference number at all. I have advised them of breach of contract now and will progress this further. I guess they don't care as they know they won't be there for ever.”

“Paid £99 for a day 2 test, which included "free DPD next-day delivery". 4.5 days after ordering the kit has not been delivered: "we seem to have an issue with the warehouse fulfilling the orders currently"”
