“Our family have used them before. Everything was effective including initial confirmation and testing availability and ease of procedure. Please reduce price of day five testing out as it is close to an extortion.”

“Really easy to book and sent the code for my passenger locator form straight away. Easy to find and found parking not too far away. The test was quick and easy - in and out in less than 5 minutes!”

“Easy to book, very fast processing, but the location difficult to find. I recommend to place a much larger and better visible sign on the entrance door and add the information to the address "next to Cafe Nero".”

“IT WAS NOT WELL ADVERTISED. NOT AN EASY PLACE TO. FIND - NO GOOD FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE WITHOUT TRANSPORT - THE STREETS WERE VERY HILLY. NEED BETTER DIRECTIONS ETC ETC”
