“We went to the Woking one for a PCR test for travel.The lady who administered the test was efficient friendly and welcoming and the best was that she actually followed the required procedure and was gentle and did not go to far up the nose!We had our results back in less than 24 hours”

“I took the test at 10:30am and was overjoyed to receive the “next-day result”at midnight on the day. The Victoria station test centre where I took the test was very efficient. The nurse who performed the test was gentle and efficient. I appreciate the reminder and instructions and QR code you sent via text. Great service. Thank you so much!”

“Booked day 2 and day 8 test. Only option to return them is by post but I’m in quarantine. Help desk told me I was okay to leave the house to post it back which is nonsense. I had the track and trace call to my door today to make sure I was complying. If I’d been out at the post box they would have fined me. I’m furious with the nonsense advice and lack of support and no idea what I’m meant to do now.”
