“The test was done very efficiently. The communication was very clear and concise throughout. And this is the only lab that explicitedly states that the result comes with a third party accreditation letter, which is what is required for the destination I am travelling to. Thank you.”

Hi Sheila, thanks for sharing your feedback. Our pricing does reflect the premium service we provide and our guarantee that your results will be delivered within the timeline you selected. While there are other providers who charge less for testing, we see a common theme where they do not deliver the results on time and have no support team available to speak to (our team is fully UK based and available 8am-10pm Monday to Saturday and 9am-10pm Sundays!) leaving their customers frustrated and out of pocket. We'd love to welcome you back to one of our clinics in the future to continue to showcase our premium service to you. Thanks again!

“I was tested at the Watford Centre. Great experience from start to finish. Receptionist was very efficient and friendly. The lady who tested me clearly explained the process and put me at ease. I received my results ahead of time. The whole experience could not have been better. Highly recommended.”

“The process is cumbersome and complicated. If this is your fault you should correct it but if the villian is HMG we must all abide our fate in an escalation of witless burocracy”
