“Absolutely brilliant service, 11/10 I attended the centre in Hammersmith on 22/12/20 just after my flight had been put back 1 day. I was told that my result would now be out of date for the flight and they very kindly booked me another appointment for 23/12/20 at no extra cost. When I arrived on 23/12/20 I was told that due to Christmas I would have to have my results within 24 hours, and they did not charge me for this service either. I received my results within 20 hours of the test. A massive thanks to all the staff at the Hammersmith branch, really helpful and friendly people.”
