“Having the nightmare of trying to get a test done, to please the French authorities for our return journey home, during the Christmas weekend we were delighted by the service received. The staff at the test centre in Watford who were having to work on Boxing Day were all polite, professional and understanding of our predicament. Results promised by 10pm the same day and actually arrived at 4pm. Thank you for making a very stressful situation a lot easier. Have already recommended you to friends in a similar situation to us.”
