“Excellent experience. The Bristol clinic were great with my teenagers and the pcr fit to fly results and certificates were sent to us very quickly. We will certainly use again.”

“I have just purchased 4 home antigen fit to fly tests for my trip to Italy. However on completing the regional passenger locator form (not the country PLF) As there are two you must do. I was advised entry to Italy is by swab only not a spit test. Which these home ones are. I have contacted the centre to ask for a transfer of my tests and have been advised as I have received them. NO REFUND is available if I return them. How is this meeting your contractual obligation if the test is not fit for purpose and yet advertises on your website that it is?”
