“Great service during the test and the speed of the results. I had booked for next day results instead I received them by 7pm on the same day. Next time I need a test I will be booking for the Newcastle Test centre.”

“Paid for next day results and received them the same day. The nurse was very delicate and careful. She was also very good with my 10 year old son when he had to have his test. He was very nervous before going in, but she was great with him.”

“I would recommend Corona test centre, especially if you need your results to be able to fly and want to have a stress free experience. Staff at the centre in Woking was very friendly and hepful. Testing went quick. I paid for the option of Results guaranteed next day by 6pm and I had them even earlier, by about midday.”

“Excellent service - from initial chat on phone when I called from Australia to ask for details, to the testing itself in Manchester, everything was made so easy. The tester was warm and friendly and super efficient. Results came through in just over 12 hours. Highly recommend!”

“On your site when we make the order you state that is delivered in 3-4 working days , i called today because I couldn’t track it with the tracking number provided by you and the operator said that it can’t be tracked and also the first order possibly will only be delivered on Tuesday the 21 of december and no data for the second, what is totally unacceptable because you advertise when you are selling that will be delivered in 3-4 working days so as a customer I’m expecting to get my products on those dates otherwise I would apply for a different type of delivery or search alternatives. I had the same issue last month with my 2 day test that took more than 10 working days to arrive and you had to send another because apparently was “lost”. Can you please review this situation and please follow the timings that you advertise or change the information on the site so we are guide in error.”

“Great location at a major transportation hub in the centre of London for commuters living within the Green Belt and international travellers who travel via LGW airport. A bit tricky to locate (actual location if test sites doesn't exactly match Google Map location) but worth it for service and speed of testing. I arrived early for my test and was still tested immediately on arrival.”
