“Whatever your views about the need for and the cost of testing to keep the show on the road, this was straightforward and efficient. Coming from Dubai, where the federal government has capped PCR test costs at £25, U.K. prices are hard to swallow. That’s not going to happen here (barring miracles) so this is about as good as it’ll get.”

“Test booking and test tasking process was very smooth. However, paid for same day results and ended up getting them at 8am the next day. No response to any emails asking what went wrong given it was “guaranteed” same day. No point paying more for this firm when you don’t get the service you paid for and you get no response to complaints.”
