“I found the staff friendly and very professional. I was a bit concerned however that my temperature wasn't taken, and that they didn't check to make sure that I had prepared properly for the test e.g. that I hadn't brushed my teeth, eaten or drunk anything for at least 2 hours prior. Otherwise, I would happily recommend the test centre as I was very nervous the first time.”

“The test went very well. The nurse explained the test and how it is done. Service was quick and professional although the swab taking was uncomfortable. The only other problem I encountered was locating the address. The numbering was a bit confusing but there was someone at the door for directions. The result was sent earlier than anticipated. Many thanks for that.”

“Booked for 1.00pm. at 12.55 joined queue outside and was seventh in line and it was drizzling . I had booked and paid on line. At 1.00pm door opened (post lunch break) . 3 guys at head of queue probably lorry drivers heading home but they were registering and paying cash. so delay. Once through that very decent experience. Suggest a different queuing system separating those registered and paid and others and you don't do others at 1.00 pm when you've been shut for an hour. Result back at 6.00 pm so first class other than above Andrew”
