“Their booking system is simple and easy. I was late for my appointment due to a crash on the motorway, they were incredibly empathetic and accommodated me. I booked a 48h PCR Test and I received the certificate within 24h”

“The testing was friendly, quick and efficient. The door could possibly have been kept open, both for ventilation and because it was quite stiff. The reception guy was ok, but slightly on the heavy-handed side.”

“Very efficient & friendly service. Test at 9am results returned midday the next day. Excellent for a 72 hour test required for travel - even though our holiday was eventually cancelled 😩 Would definitely use again”

“Very happy with service. Staff friendly and efficient. Result was due by 6pm next day but arrived by 7.30am. No additional charges as one review suggested.”

“Everything was fine except for the price. It is outrageous to pay £275 to get a nose and throat swab for 3 minutes which includes £100 for having the results the next day when in mainland Europe it is done for free, or at least mostly refunded by their social services. Anyway, it's done now.”
