“My husband an I were late for our appointment and it was the last appointment of the day. We got lost but the staff waited for us. They were courteous, professional and took the to explain how the test would be done. We also received our results very quickly. The service was excellent service.”

“I had a "Fly to fit" test begging of January. Because of my flight schedule was just after new year, there were not many test center available. But Corona Test Centre has few branches opened so I could manage to get test done within 72hours. Because of this situation, there were lots of confusion and last minutes change of the rules such as my flight has been changed to the next day, and the government ( of the country I was flying to) asked specific PCR certification format... the Corona Test Centre dealt with this very quickly and solved them for me. I read some other reviews which showed a bit of negative. But to me, it was very smooth and supportive. Only one thing that I would suggest them is, to publish more clear info of the time and definition of when "the next day result" service will come out. When I asked them, they told me that this means 6pm on the actual next day. Maybe few people thought simply next morning... (Although my result came back early afternoon of next day.) Their customer Centre was very quick and good service too. Thank you very much.”
