“I have used a lot of online weight loss programmes in the past but Norm's programme has impressed me. I have been able to reach my targets quickly and easily by having weekly goals and habits set. Using the app to mark my progress and check in with my coach has been well worth it. Thank you, Dan for taking so much care and attention on my progress.”

“If you are looking for a diet that is not a fad and is not restrictive, then I highly recommend Norm for you! The Norm plan allows you to eat all the food you love most and still lose weight. Having a coach by your side every step of the way is just what I needed to get my life back on track after years of failing at fad diets.”

“In the past, I've relied heavily on running as part of my weight loss journey. However, with Norm, I've discovered that I get a better result by placing more focus on my Nutrition. Yes, exercise is great and has its place, but the tips I've had from my coach on what to eat and when have led to 8 kg lost over the last 4 months. I've had a blip over Easter but I'm now back on track due to the tactics I've learnt on my Norm journey so far.”

“Easy to arrange. So many options: collection at clinic or having kit delivered at home, and also possible to have test done by clinician at the clinic. I took test at home. Initially I was very nervous but the online instructions were very easy to follow. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.”
