“The instructions were clear and had multiple options to take pictures from different devices. Services were available when I did it on Sunday night and when I took the wrong pictures I was instructed how to do it correctly.”

“This centre is 100% trustworthy, The form is very easy to fill in & the cost is cheaper than you pay for a pcr test that you would have to get to travel! So it’s not a rip off as some people think! Once you pay you get a text telling you to check your email so that you can click the link to upload a screenshot of your positive pcr test that you received, Uploading was easy I added it from my photos & then within 15 minutes my text came with the link to my certificate which I could download & print, You also get an email with all this on It really is so easy to use & a brilliant service”

“Used a lateral flow fit to fly travel kit and everything worked out fine. The video portion could have been explained better (you should only take the swab once you can see yourself on video), but the subsequent process was efficient.”

“I would highly recommend getting your fit to fly tests done at the Victoria branch, not only were customer service on the phone super helpful in guiding what test I needed, the staff at the Victoria branch were friendly and super quick with the test. I received the test results 30 mins after!”
