“I was pleasantly surprised by the courteous treatment by staff and the efficient operation of the test Centre. My appointment was 11:00 a.m. and I was promised same day results by midnight, but to my surprise I got the result at 5:30 p.m. While I’m required to test for COVID, I shall not hesitate to return to the Centre.”

“The service at the test facilities is excellent. My only concerns is the fact that i am a regular user (see my phone number in your records) and i am trying to get discount packs for Days 2&8 + 5, but you dont seem to manage to articulate a good discount offer. So based on the number of tests i have to make due to my frequent work travels, i may consider to switch provider if you cant offer me an interesting solutions. Thank you”

“The service itself was very swift, and results arrived in plenty of time. Testing location was nearby and open on the Bank Holiday. My main gripe would be the price of the same day service, but if you're not in a hurry then I guess just use the standard.”
