“Test centre clean and tidy, staff took the necessary precautions, also courteous by explaining some symptoms which could occur whilst taking the sample they needed. Test took only few minutes and the result arrived end of the day.”

“Really good customer service ! Had an involved process due to the multiple, previous cancellations,lockdowns etc. But the staff were really helpful in solving my account and processing the booking of my tests. They also sold boxes of proper Type IIR grade facemasks for only a few pounds more than the Type II I get at my local shop, so got some of those as well”

“Second time at the Shoreditch location getting a swab and great experiences in both cases - really quick in-clinic experience and turnaround within expected timeframes. The staff was friendly, polite, careful and professional. For example, both reception and the person who swabs asked me to check the details on the barcode were correct. In each case, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and got my results within the expected timeframe. The travel declaration form is much simpler than the ones I went through at Screen4 and Dante Labs – it seems the other ones ask for lots of unnecessary details. For the rapid antigen fit-to-fly test (17 November, £39), I was tested at 9:40 and my result was made available at 14:53. For my same-day Day 2 PCR (20 December, £99), was tested at 9:30 and had my result at 22:03.”
