“Very happy with the service and prompt response to queries. Little unclear when booking for others what names to add on the initial form .. But overall very happy and will use again and will recommend. Booked for a relative and friend returning back to the UK after half term break as they are international students studying at boarding school”

“good customer service, quick results, professional testing staff with slightly less experienced onsite administrators (helpful and responsive when pressed, though somewhat less reassuring because of perceived unfamiliarity with my the special docs required by HK - my destination), which is fine because everybody starts somewhere).”

“Can you explain the cost of your test by breaking it down. Can you justify the price or are you just making as much profit from tests as you possibly can ?A per test in a private hospital in Dubai is £30”
