“Not easy to find, as we were unfamiliar with the area. But they helped us navigate via phone call and both staff members were professional, caring, and genuine. The Centre was clean and well-organized. Our test procedure was carefully and clearly explained and the clinician was precise and gentle with his actions. We were fortunate to get our results within 18 hours or so, which was an unexpected bonus. Overall, we were pleased with the experience and in fact will be doing our final test prior to returning to the USA at that same Centre.”
