“I booked Fit to Fly test. I Arrived 5 minutes earlier before my booked appointment and got the test done within next 3 minutes. Very quick and well organised service. Ladies working there were really kind and I got my test results back to my email within an hour. Great service, will use again.”

“in & out so quickly and team is very friendly & professional - the in-centre experience is very different from the online support team, which isn't very good at resolving issues (had some minor issues with the antigen kit you fly with, but the in-centre team helped get me sorted with that, too) customer service score is for the in-centre experience, whilst response time is about on-line/email service team”
