“Efficient, friendly staff. Test expedited swiftly. Clean environment at the test centre. Good experience. Only problem was when booking the test. It was impossible for one person to pay for two bundles (2+8) and then book them under different names. This really needs to be fixed in the software.”

“Easy to access and good safety protocols throughout my visit. My only concern was the man taking my test swabbed the roof of my mouth rather than back of my throat which I pointed out. He said it should be fine but I'm nervous now that I'll get unreadable results or be charged to do the test again. .”
