“No frills but that's not what this is about. Clear instructions, helpful staff and competent service. All queries were confidently addressed and lent reassurance to what can seem a stressful situation. Results were received well inside the guaranteed deadline indicted although I'm sure that can't always be the case.”

“I did a next-day test on Monday morning, for my flight on Tuesday afternoon and was worried that I wouldn't get the results on time (as the cut-off time is 6pm next day). So I was very happy to get the results on Monday night. Great service!”
