Poor quality in some plants Two plants werent barely even shoots ,proably be my last order.

One of the strawberrys were out of stock no notification of delivery plants were not looking the best when they arrived.

Hi Stuart Thank you for your review, and I am truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the condition of the strawberries. At this time of year, they can look a little tired because they are grown and kept outdoors, so some dieback is natural during the winter months. We avoid removing the old growth at this stage, as doing so can risk damaging the rootstock. Once planted and the roots begin to establish, you should see fresh new growth emerging in the spring. We are also very sorry that we were unable to supply the specific strawberry variety you requested. Unfortunately, this was outside of our control. However, I can confirm that the alternative requested was sent in its place. Kind regards Trish

Wasn't at all impressed with the Helemnium plants, they looked like year 1 Tiny rooted root cuttings. I've planted them and am hoping for the best...time will tell. I wouldn't be inclined to order any more herbacious perennials from you if they re typical example. Regards Leo Kelly

the items were damaged, and a few 7 were missing. I have been told this would be rectified I wait to see.also i was told ther would be a delivery today but as of 10PM non has arrived.

Plants arrived in a timely manner but were in poor condition due to inadequate packaging and poor handling. All in all not a good experience.

I had ordered from you before and the plants were lovely. this time I was very disappointed. The plants were very ill looking and some had mildew on them. they are going to need a lot of care and patience to hopefully get them looking like healthy plants

Delivery was fast and custoer service were responsive and efficient. However plant quality was extremely poor. Brown spot,broken stems/branches and aphid infestations...contacted customer service immediately had replcements sent out...replacements had even worse infestation and were pretty much destroyed. The delivery was fast enough that this wasn't transit time related, they were clearly sent out in extremely poor condition. Certainly seems lacking on quality control.

I was very disappointed wth the service I received from J Parkers Ireland. The order took some time to arrive. I was disappointed that the root balls of all the plants were very dry and crumbling. I am somewhat surprised at this considering the delivery journey is only about 50 miles. I believe that due to the fact the root balls were dry some of the leaves had begun to turn brown and I had to remove some of them. I soaked the plants well before planting out and I await to see if they remain healthy and thrive. If this turns out not to be the case I will contact J Parkers Ireland again and will expect that they will replace any items that fail to grow. Plants are an expensive item and I would have expected the product to be in better condition on arrival, especially considering the short transport distance. I contacted J Parkers Ireland directly by e-mail and found the standard of customer service was very unsatisfactory. I would have expected the company to have replaced the below-standard plants without further delay.

I found the rose plants roots to be worryingly dry,they are planted and hopefully I will see growth,soon.
