“Plants have all arrived but have much less growth than I expected. However I have been assured by customer service that this is just because it is so early in the year. They were well packaged and continued to grow over the last week. Maybe 5 stars are merited, but I need to wait to see how they progress over the year. Good value otherwise.”

“Ordered x32 bare root roses (8 each of 4 varieties). Took a while to come - approx 8-9 weeks - but extremely pleased with the quality of plants and packaging (each rose sealed in own bag and labelled). Only shame was that things were short one 'Dearest' rose - didn't realise until planting the other day and so I didn't bother chasing it up. Wouldn't mind getting an 'order dispatched' email or some such so could be better prepared/have all ready for planting.”

Roses were delayed by the growers due to the poor weather in Europe which delayed lifting and subsequently then we were in the Christmas period which added to the delays.
We also appreciate the suggestion about an order dispatched email, you should of received one advising that your order was being prepared ready for dispatch.
