“Hi , plants & packaging & presentation excellent . Fastaway deliveries let you down . Badly . The box was thrown in over my daughters driveway to land in the middle of her tarmac drive --- even tho I live right beside her !! They are dreadful - always . Why don't you use DPD -- ? They are excellent . Any parcel I have ever recieved through Fastaway has been disapointing”

“Timely delivery, very well packed and labelled, I have to wait and see results as many of the plants were bare root, but they all looked good. Fingers crossed.”

“I would give five stars as plants were excellent and delivered really quickly but they spoilt it by sending a discount off the next order ‘as a small gesture’. But it wasn’t a small gesture - it was a nonexistent one as it was out of date. I have used them again since despite the code not working and I got the same expired discount. Might I suggest it would be better not to send it then you wouldn’t feel aggrieved, just happy with their excellent service. Or why not update the thank you card! They are good though.”

“Very good product & well packed but big problem with the fastways courier they use are a pure disaster about delivery, they have with your customer it is really put people off buying your great products again unless you change courier thanks again very pleased with products I got Marian”

“As a long time customer I was very disappointed that I could not purchase seeds or plug plants from mainland UK because of the wicked protocol. Opening a Rep.of Ireland outlet may partially solve the problem.Hopefully not at the expense of quality..”

“Very speedy delivery. Received what we ordered + bonus. Bulbs of reasonable size and quality considering the price. You could pay a lot more elsewhere for far worse.”
