“I ordered threee types of bulbs, unfortunately one of them could not be supplied as they were out of stock despite being on the website. A refund was processed and a free gift of fifteen other bulbs was included in the order. I did have to call the company to check on the order initially. Those that were supplied are good.”

“Ordered three plants, two have arrived in very quick time. The website was very easy to navigate and ordering was easy, but I have no idea when my remaining plant will arrive, although I ordered it 10 days ago and counting - no communication on that one”

“Quality and value excellent. Bulbs ordered in July for late August delivery didn’t arrive till late Sept and later orders arrived before them. But other than that my experience with J Parker’s has been excellent .”

“The bulbs all arrived correctly and in good condition, thank you. I've planted over 300 in the garden already!
My only thought is that it would have been useful to have an estimate of the delivery date and a notification that they had been dispatched, rather than just one from An Post to say they would be delivered the next day.”

“First time using j parkers . Really fast delivery goods extremely well packed . I've planted my plants so we will see how they grow did notice one or 2 have spots on the leaves but hopefully it's nothing serious to worry about ...”

“The site is nice and colourful and easy to use with good navigation. The descriptions of the plants are good, but I would like to be told how hardy plant is and will survive tempatures below -15 If needed.
I was able to order what I wanted and pay securely.
The couriers communication does leave a lot to improve. Their communiation/tracking was extremely confusing and needs to be made clearer.
I felt delivery was slightly slow considering they are live plants. 95% of the plants looked healthy, but one was a bit sad and dried up looking, but hopefully it will improve now that I have it potted up. Overall I was satisfied with the service except for the communications from the courier.”

“I was very satisfied with my 1st order. However I attempted to place another order. Delphiniums and strawberry plants. I got a message saying some items cannot be sent to my address. Can you explain this. I'm very unhappy. Your reply will tell me if I should continue to shop with you. Your message asked me fo choose another address. How ridiculous.

“I think this company is pretty great, delighted to get such a lovely selection of plants at great prices. The website is very attractive and quick and easy to navigate and order from. My plants arrived quickly, packaged very well and generally in excellent condition. There was one pack of delphinium that were in poor condition, little growth, damaged broken stems and some black slime at base, one plant was completely dead. I took off one star for this as I was disappointed because I really wanted those particular plants. Regardless, it was a big order and everything else was top notch so overall very happy with this company, would recommend and will definitely be ordering from them again, soon hopefully as I’m a plantaholic 🤞😅”
