Im very pleased with the robustness of this fork. it wont break or the ties twist in the use of force when working with perennial clumps which need splitting either. “Disgusting service. Poor delivery. Having to chase the company for basic customer service, did not reply to my emails unless I called and then said “we will email you” only to not receive anything. Company tries to blame you for the mess up they did and promise you all sorts of stuff like next day delivery. Will never order from them again, absolutely disgusting. Stay far away from them.”

Hi Renai Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As we explained to you on Friday, you failed to input your house number in checkout which resulted in a failed delivery by DPD. After our call we arranged for a re-delivery which was carried out on the next-working day, which was today after the May bank holiday. We have also tried to contact you several times to find out if you would like the parcel delivered to a safe place or pick up shop, however we have had no success in reaching you. We will therefore issue you with a refund when the parcel arrives back to our warehouse. Thanks Jim
