“Fantastic service. My order was delayed and as I needed the product sooner rather than later, the staff very quickly sourced what I needed immediately and sent out next day delivery. Would highly recommend.”

“Absolutely terrible service. I was spoken to very disrespectfully when I called to query the whereabouts of my parcel, which arrived **12 days late**. Despite approving the proofs, the logos on my jumpers were printed in the **wrong colour**. After sending photo evidence, it took **three days of repeated calls** just to get a response. When I finally did, I was told I should be *grateful* they were replacing the items and that no compensation would be offered. They also could not guarantee when the issue would be resolved. Overall, extremely poor communication, unprofessional customer service, and a complete lack of accountability.”

“I've ordered before and been happy with the service, but this time I was very disappointed. The order was delayed and I had to phone and chase twice, which meant people didn't have tops for one of our gigs that we were playing at. I also got informed (the day before order was sent out) that they couldn't embroider on the scarves. Why are you selling these on your website with options to embroider if you can't embroider on them? Not impressed at all with service this time round. Will probably look into getting our band's gear from somewhere else in the future.”

“Very happy with the product and the service. After putting through my initial design I was kept in the loop as to what it would look like and when it was arriving. It takes a little time to arrive but that's expected due to the personalisation and quality.”
