“My order arrived late and when I called to ask when I was going to receive my order I was lied to. Thanks to the poor service received - I have found a local company who are able to provide a superior product at a fraction of the cost and in a much shorter time period. I wont be using JRS Industrial again.”

“Their online system is confusing it gives you the size of the print area but it’s not visible that there are too sizes you can choose from so my design that I was expecting to be at least 20cm tall ended up being maybe 6cm which looked a little ridiculous on the bag. The quality of the bag is good however since the embroidery is so tiny I can’t give feedback on the quality of embroidery I would suggest them to either make it visible that there are two different print sizes or when someone is placing a custom order get them to clarify the print sizes to avoid unhappy customers like myself. I decided to order from A4 apparel instead and had no issues, communication was smooth and the guy I spoke to was super lovely and helpful.”

“The clothing purchased was good printing and quality, just didn’t like the asking for an £47 after I had purchased and paid £650 odd pound , found it unprofessional, more so that they came back for a second time and apologised that it wasn’t £47 it was £90 , not good that . Me personally wouldn’t have done that I’d of left it save the issue .”
