“I’m leaving this as a 3-star review, but in all honesty it should have been 5 stars based purely on product quality. The workwear itself is excellent – great material, well made, and exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the delivery and communication were extremely poor and let the whole experience down. We were quoted a standard three-week lead time. After that passed, I contacted the office to explain we had a major trade show and needed the branded clothing urgently. I was assured it would be delivered on time. However, the day before the event, I called again only to be told we would need to wait another 3–4 weeks — and that production hadn’t even started. Had we been told this from the outset, we could have planned accordingly and arranged temporary branded workwear. Instead, we were misled, which left us in a very difficult position at a critical time. When I raised the earlier assurances, this was dismissed with little regard, which was both frustrating and disappointing. We have now received the items and, as mentioned, the quality is very good. However, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to take responsibility cast a significant shadow over the company. We do need further products, but based on this experience, we are very hesitant to place another order. Great product, but the service needs significant improvement”

“Took over 2 months to be delivered, no communiactions from the company and after chasing for my order (3 t-shirts) they told me there was a back log in the embroidery department. These were sample and we were looking to place an order for 217 units however will be pplacing elsewhere. I then changed my order to all printed and was told it would be the following Wednesday (6 days later) then didnt arrive for another week after that. All this time and all the contact I got was more spam emaisl advertising for additional order. Very poor service!”

“I will say amazing quality, delivery was a bit of drama and i ending up driving up myself and paid extra for quick service. Apart from that i am thrilled with the uniform and i will use again just wish the delivery driver would have left it in the cuboard like most of them do. Check picture.... why he didnt just beyond me and making life difficult.”

“Very mixed bag review this - good value for money the deals they have with good quality workwear, delivery times is shocking at nearly 6 weeks without a single update given without chasing. Embroidery is okay, not amazing and not the worst ….. some of the script could’ve been better in terms to others I’ve had from other firms when put side by side”

“Placed my order and within 2 days I had my proof for the artwork I wanted on my shirts. I did have to wait slightly longer than the 10days quoted for delivery, but they were well worth the wait. Quality of the tops are fantastic and so was the embroidery. Will be back for my next order very soon.”
