“Great quality material and attention to detail. Guttingly for me I got the sizes wrong and all are to big apart from t shirts that fit perfectly. Just make sure you choose the correct size. Would definitely recommend though 👍”

“The lead time from order to delivery was not meet and I had to chase the company to find out why order not delivered on due date set by JRS. For poor communication and not able to meet their own delivery date I have dropped my star rating , if delivered on time or they kept me up to date with the delay I would had happily given the 5 stars as the quality and price is fantastic. Saying this I would still give them another chance and order from them again.”

“The quality of the product is very good, however I placed the order on the 02/05/26 for 20 items and received 17 items on the 16/06/26, I had to pursue an explanation for the delay on several occassion to be told each time that they would be dispatched within a few days, finally i was told that they did not have all my items in stock and I asked to dispatch whatever was available. Not sure when or if I'll receive the other items?”

“The only grump I have is that they took to long to deliver however I am aware of large influx of work and to resolve this they have employed more staff the products I’ve brought this time and previously are really good and would recommend to anyone”

“Ordered and had to wait weeks for the item to arrive, no comms from JRS and when I did call they never got back to me. Eventually it arrived but no comms from courier as suggested. Items were fine but delivery time and comms (basics) were awful!”

“Before I start the products were amazing. What wasn’t was the lack of communication that the order was going to be late. Until I messaged just to see when itd arrive, there was no word of it going over time. My order finally arrived 4-5 weeks late from the first ready time given. I’ll give them their due they partially refunded the order. If the communication was better and the ready times actually matched what they advertise, this would be a fantastic company. Again once the products arrived the quality is brilliant the embroidery is great. If I had time to wait I’d order again unfortunately I don’t but sort out those issues and it’d be 5 stars for sure”

“Apologies to do this to a small family run business, but i have been asked to share my experiences and i will be factual. The end product is what i asked for. How i get there was far from ideal. 23/03/26: Ordered online and paid 28/03/26: Artwork approval sent and approved, told the expected delivery date of 17/04/26 04/06/26: Order delivered In that time, i recieved 31 emails including spam and marketing. (Yes i could have blocked this, but i was hoping for order updates!) The order did include a letter saying they are a small family run business and trying to recruit more people going forward. I'm sorry, but i won't be using JRS again”
