“I can confidently say I will never be using your services again. Week after weeek was countless excuses for delays, in which I had to contact you for updates as I was not receiving any kind of reassurance that my order was even being processed. 4 weeks after my original due date (2 months after ordering) I finally received my order.... well some of my order shall I say. Ordered a bundle and unfortunately didn't even receive my body warmer. During all this I requested a 10% refund on my order, they accepted but yet again I didn't receive this either.”

“The ordering process was easy and their prices were very good. Unfortunately I think they became victims of their own successful advertising campaign which extended the lead time from weeks into months. However, they responded to my enquiries and gave me a 10% discount in the end because of the wait. It was fortunate that I wasn't in a rush for my order otherwise I probably would have cancelled long before it arrived. But saying all this, the gear did finally arrive and it all appears to be great quality.”

“This is my second time using JRS for (non-personalised) hi-viz vests. First time was good, order place, fulfilled and delivered within the timeframe. Second time not so good. Placed order and given timeframe. Called the day after the items were supposed to be delivered and eventually told “oh did no one contact you, we’ve got a problem with our supplier and you order is delayed. Hopefully you’ll get it this week” the person then hung up on me which left me feeling like they didn’t care about my order. The order arrived nearly 3 weeks later and 2 weeks after I needed them for. Will be giving serious thought as to if I will use JRS again.”

“good quality items although just a bit too long to get delivered. 2 x polo shirts with a basic logo took nearly 5 weeks to arrive and im still waiting for my jacket after 6 weeks so i unfortunately wont be using jrs again as the wait is too long.”
