“I placed my order and expected delivery at the end of May, as advised on the website. When I had not received a design proof to approve, I had to make contact myself, to then be told that a previous design was being used again. Had I not made contact I would not have known this. No further info was given at this time. At a later date, when I should have already received my order and it had not arrived, I had to make contact again to find out where it was. Only then was I told that there was a big delay due to taking on too much work and my delivery was going to be delayed by an entire month. Had I not made contact myself to ask where my order was, nobody would have told me about this. I placed my order and was then just left waiting and wondering what was going on and whether it was even being processed. No communication at all about any aspect of the order process or the delay. Very very poor service.”

“Products supplied are fantastic. Service however needs work. I placed my order waited the stated 20 days and nothing! So I got in touch and was informed there was an influx of orders and mine would be delayed. I finally received my order after 40 working days double the stated delivery time only to find the extra print I had paid for on the back of the hoodies had not been done. I reported this and was given the option of returning them to get it done (which after the already long wait I wasn’t willing to do) or a refund for this option. I chose the refund that was a week ago still no refund.”

“I really dont know where to start! After receiving our order and finding items dirty, to then take delivery of a ladies fleece that we hadnt ordered. A number of emails and phone calls to get the goods returned, 2 weeks have passed and they still havent been collected. I had email comformation from Leah that APC were booked to collect Wednesday 1st July. Still waiting.”

“Ordered at the start of April, didn’t arrive until late June and the polo shirts were black when I ordered navy. Decided life’s too short to argue about that considering the time it took to originally arrive. Quality is good but customer service is god awful.”

“I bought a jacket for my husband and unfortunately it was too small. The size was XL but the jacket was more like a medium. I would order a larger size next time. I have received a full refund and communication was very good. Delivery was slower than expected.”

“The items themselves are good although I don’t have a long term review of them. The real letdown is the delivery time, ordering clothes in April and getting them at the end of June is insane, wasn’t made aware of it on purchasing and I can see a wave of the same reviews. The reason given is unprecedented demand, and yet they’re still advertising on Facebook for more custom. 1000 people spending £200 like I did and waiting over 2 month for their products is effectively a 200k interest free loan these people are sitting on. I did get a £20 refund for being made to wait beyond the 2nd date I was given after complaining. I have ordered work clothing elsewhere and it took about 2 weeks. It’s unacceptable ,3 stars because the clothing decent, 5 stars if they delivered it promptly.”

“T shirts were exactly what I wanted price decent but delivery took longer then expected or it would have been 5 starts from me so 3 stars because of the delay I'm a small business owner needed the t shirts fast to print for my customers sadly took a while due to a big order the business had so they put smaller orders on hold (mine) other then the delivery delay happy with customer service when I called and emailed and prices and t shirt quality I would order again from here but not if I need fast orders.”

“Ordered xl jacket. Large came.. spoke to customer service and sorted problem out straight away easy peasy phome call and was sorted. Deffo order again. Quality of the product is verry good at affordable price”
