“Disappointed. Took 6 weeks for order to arrive and it was wrong. JRS wouldn’t accept responsibility and stopped communicating. Online ordering system is simple but doesn’t give you the chance to see how logos etc would look on the product so difficult to see if the logo / text sizes are appropriate. Embroidery is poor with all lettering joined up and looking blurry. Price seems good and I got a 10% refund for the delay hence the 2 stars, but otherwise, won’t use again.”

“I could not be happier with the items I have received. High end quality material and the embroidery was perfect. I was not sure before I ordered on what the quality was going to be like, but at the great prices for the package deals they were offering it was worth a try and it exceeded my expectations tenfold. There was a small delay in shipping but this was communicated to me with the office staff who were very friendly and helpful and as soon as my items were ready for dispatch I received them the next day. I would highly recommend JRS for any workwear and will be sure to order from there again in the future.”
