“Disappointed and underwhelmed with print quality and service. Had to wait the full 20 days for delivery and received parcel ripped open and shirts inside not individually packed so one marked with dirt. Print quality was poor with film residue left on shirts and "wrinkling" of print. Complained but received 'computer say no' type response that "we do not issue refunds for customised items" and that DTF was their print process and clearly stated as such on their website. Offer to review all shirts with a view to reprinting any deemed by JRS as not sufficient quality, but as this DTF method clearly is not suitable in terms of quality or longevity for our requirements I said this was not an option and required a full refund. I was offered a refund of only the setup costs which is what we ended up accepting - a refund of £86.40 on an order of £177.03 We have since found a local supplier who can provide the same quality shirt with differnt print process with much higher quality print results.”

“We had problems with the printing of our tops but the staff pulled out all the stops to try and make it right. Especially Sophie she was really trying to get thongs to us on time :)”

“Very happy with the quality of the merchandise purchased! Good price. Wished turnaround had been quicker, both by email but more importantly production time. But Net, net very happy with it all. Also whoever designed your options for reply time to go from: [6-12 Hours] then [Over a week]. Really, no option between 12 hours and up to a week. Because my main issue was emails talking over 12 hours, often well over 24 hours.”

“Excellent product! Only the position of the logos was outside the common standard seen on the market. the chest logo was too far to the corner and the shoulder logo was too far down, which hinders the visualization of the logo, especially the one on the chest. I mean when you're wearing the shirt”
