“First off i will start with the positives - The items pourchased were absolutely spot on, perfect for intended use. Now the Negative, I placed my order and was given a delivery date of 13/05 latest , this was a week from order date and was for NON-PERSONALISED items. As the items were required for my new job, as per the confirmtion email, when this date passed with no further updates so i contacted the team to request an update on 14/05 at 7:39am - I received a response the same day at 4:29pm advising me there had been a stocking issue but that the items would all be posted tomorrow (15/05) and delivered saturday (16/05). Saturday came and went, as did Sunday, and on Monday at 16:18pm i finally received an email advising my order had now been despatched in full (this definately wasnt Friday as advised, frustratingly!). Unfortunately, i was out with work on the Tuesday and my son missed the delivery so i rearranged this for the Wednesday. Wednesday 20/05 at 11:46am i received my order (FINALLY!!!)... Cracked it open and low and behold.... one of the items was missing!!!!!!!! Without hesitaion, i reached out to the team AGAIN, and advised of the situation, laying out the situation prior and requesting this be rectified as quickly as possible. Same day at 13:13pm i received an email which was a confirmation of dispatch of my missinbg item, however sadly i have yet to receive any formal email from the team to at least explain their failings and possibly even an apology..... Ordered; 5x PLAIN, Navy blue t-shirts, 1x PLAIN Hi-Vis Jacket and 1x PLAIN Navy Soft Shell Coat.... Date ordered 06/05 - Order (once received in full) 21/05. Unless you are happy to wait over 2 weeks and faff having to check absolutely everything, and don't care much for good customer service.... i wouldn't order from here.”

“Used their website to order to personalised fleeces and baseball caps. SImple and straight forward, easy to customise. Price was fair and within our budget. Delivered by courier and both items were of a high quality, not spit through, good fit and professionally embroidered as ordered. Will certainly consider using again, and we have already passed their details to those who have commented and enquired on where we got our new gear.”

“work wear is decent quality as is embroidery but delivery was a major issue,meant to be 11th of april delivery,nothing came and i contacted them to ask,was told they were very busy,if i wanted to cancel i could or offered a 10% refund,i accepted the 10% was then given another daye of 11th of may,late again,no contact so i contacted them,sorry were busy want to cancel??i couldnt as was desperate for it to come,offered 10% again,So accepted it,clothes eventually came on the 20th of may from a march delivery,never received any of the partial refunds!! dissapointing”

“Whilst the uniform is of amazing quality the only issue I had was the time it took for delivery. Ordered in March and got the delivery towards the end of May. This is the only issue I had and the customer service team were very apologetic”

“Far too long for delivery. Said they had too many orders to cope with. Decent enough products..some had threads coming out of seams and buttons and logos. Had to cut them off with scissors. The white and sky blue shirts had some dark marks on them..a few washes later they dont look as bad but this shouldn't be happening. They also said I would get a discount due to delay...not seen that yet. Overall could be better.”

“unfortunately can't give 0 star... I had the worst experience with this company. I ordered 8 plain t-shirts, which were supposed to be delivered last Friday. When the package arrived.... 3 shirts were missing. I called them right away, as I had a tight deadline, and they promised to check with the warehouse and get back to me within two hours. That was a lie. After two hours, they were closed. I sent an email, and nothing. Then this morning, they finally apologized and said I’d receive the missing shirts today. I asked for a tracking number, but it didn’t work, and after another call, they told me they only shipped it today, so now I won’t get it in time and lost my client. To top it off, I have to return everything at my own expense before they even process a refund. Absolutely terrible service. Zero accountability.”

“Really impressed with the service from JRS Industrial Supplies. We recently placed an order with them for Tyvek suits and specialist equipment for Wyre Response Specialist Cleaning. Unfortunately the wrong size suits were sent out and one item was missing from the order. However, their customer service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They responded quickly, arranged for the correct items to be dispatched straight away and even told us to keep the original suits as a gesture of goodwill and apology. Professional, helpful and genuinely customer focused. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that sorts issues properly without any hassle. Highly recommended from all of us at Wyre Response Specialist Cleaning, we’ll definitely be ordering again.”

“I can confidently say I will never be using your services again. Week after weeek was countless excuses for delays, in which I had to contact you for updates as I was not receiving any kind of reassurance that my order was even being processed. 4 weeks after my original due date (2 months after ordering) I finally received my order.... well some of my order shall I say. Ordered a bundle and unfortunately didn't even receive my body warmer. During all this I requested a 10% refund on my order, they accepted but yet again I didn't receive this either.”

“The ordering process was easy and their prices were very good. Unfortunately I think they became victims of their own successful advertising campaign which extended the lead time from weeks into months. However, they responded to my enquiries and gave me a 10% discount in the end because of the wait. It was fortunate that I wasn't in a rush for my order otherwise I probably would have cancelled long before it arrived. But saying all this, the gear did finally arrive and it all appears to be great quality.”
