“Clothes are good, ordering easy and comms pretty good. Lead time was a good few weeks out from what the website said when ordering (which was a factor when ordering) - colour matching of logo to the thread used in stitching was ok. But overall happy and will likley order more supplies.”

“Took 6 weeks for delivery, was told it was because they were busy and after emailing to say if it wasn’t delivered by Monday I then received items! Upon inspection the 5 t shirts supplied had missing stitching down one side resulting in a large hole! Despite emailing to try and get this resolved I have had zero correspondence back! Poor communication, poor quality control and I won’t be using again. I should have checked reviews before ordering but you live and learn. If you want quality workwear, delivered when stated don’t use these and find someone who can.”

“The quality of the workwear was good but the service was terrible. The time taken to deliver was so far outside the stated timeframe that i was considering the small claims court. Such as shame as the workwear was good.”

“I found the process was very easy and the staff were so helpful, I requested to change my logo a few times just with different colours and they accommodated no problem and I finalised on the logo I wanted. Was kept updated with the order process and then got the email within a week to say my items were ready for collection. We are so happy with our products, the quality is great and I will definately would come back to JRS for any future orders. We are going to be the best looking Lambers out there :)”

“Very happy with the quality of clothing I ordered but even happier with how they dealt with a mix up with me being left short a few items. This was handled promptly and professionally to ensure I received all items. Customer service from this family ran business is top notch and they really care. Thanks all. I will be back! J”
