“Firstly, promised delivery date was on the 11th February - all emails recieved stated order would be recieved by this date and no later. 11th February and no delivery, phoned to be promised it would be dispatched that day and arrive no later than the 12th. 12th Arrived and still no order - phoned again to once again be promised delivery the following day. Once again, no delivery. The delivery eventually arrived 5 days late and was a huge disappointment. Paid extra for logos to be added to the back and the logos on the reverse are tiny in comparission to the jumpers/t-shirts. Overall I would never use this company again. First and last time.”

“Ordered some t-shirts and they didn't arrive when they should of so had to ring them up to ask about them and got told they were waiting on the supplier on a couple of them that's why but at no point did they contact me to tell me that however they did get them to me two days later and they were fine.”

“i have to say, when ordering our first companies merchandise i have to say JRS done a excellent job in producing the merchandise. As a sample product i can say we are very pleased and will continue to purchase from them, plenty of notification of the process, a sample of the logo before manufacturing. And quick delivery (from standard).”
