“The product was due to be delivered before Christmas 2025. However there was an error which damaged 2 shirts. I was notified and told new shirts had to be ordered and rebranded. I waited 3 weeks in to January 2026 before sending 3 unanswered emails regarding an update on delivery, before waiting another week to phone the office and ask for some explanations. The product was eventually delivered over a month late after paying for an express delivery.”

“Amazing, the website was easy to use, everything was done from my mobile, proof was sent through and accepted, next message was confirming items had shipped! Faultless! Having previously ordered from somewhere else in November and still not received my order ( now February) this was so seamless I cant recommend enough! Wish I had used them first time round!”

“Well made with good quality material that's not too heavy, but..... It's the correct 42" chest but with narrow shoulders, a bugger to get off. The leg length needs at least 3" taken off and I'm nearly 6ft. The breast pocket is handy if only a bit deeper, won't even take a phone. All the best.”

“Excellent teamwork at JRS. From initial order to agreeing the artwork/design they were on the ball with what I wanted and kept in regular contact to finalise my order. I am very pleased with the outcome. My only concern was courier charges, there are a lot cheaper out there.”

“I placed an order on the 14th Nov, 2025. After chasing up a couple times, they delivered my order partially as half of the beanies were out of stock. I requested to changed to the colour so I could receive them sooner but they said they didn't have enough stocks. I only needed 6 more of my order! Eventually they asked me whether I would accept an alternative colour on the 19th Dec, and I said I would agree that. After chasing up a few more times which they replied I would receive them by the end of the week. Today is the 17th Jan, 2026, they asked the same question again whether I would accept a different colour!!!!! I understand delay happens and especially during Christmas period. I have been waiting patiently but they would not update until I chase up and gave me false promise over and over again. The rest of the order that I received were in good quality tho. However, the lead time is ridiculous and simply is beyond annoying.”
