“I recently received a full set of embroidered workwear including t-shirts, polos, jumpers, and a coat, and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall quality. The embroidery itself is excellent—clean, sharp, and professionally done across every item. The stitching feels durable and hasn’t shown any signs of fraying or loosening, even after a few washes. The logo placement is consistent and really stands out without looking overdone. The clothing quality is just as good. The t-shirts and polos are comfortable, breathable, and fit well for everyday use. The jumpers are warm without being too heavy, making them ideal for cooler days. The coat is probably my favourite—well-made, sturdy, and great for working outdoors while still looking smart and professional. Overall, everything feels built to last and gives a polished, cohesive look to our team. I’d definitely recommend this embroidery service to anyone looking for high-quality branded workwear.”

“A great choice of clothing and very good quality rendering of our logo. It would have been great had JRS had a more flexible ordering policy to cater for individual orders. Main problem was the long delay in the production of our order.”

“I’m leaving this as a 3-star review, but in all honesty it should have been 5 stars based purely on product quality. The workwear itself is excellent – great material, well made, and exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the delivery and communication were extremely poor and let the whole experience down. We were quoted a standard three-week lead time. After that passed, I contacted the office to explain we had a major trade show and needed the branded clothing urgently. I was assured it would be delivered on time. However, the day before the event, I called again only to be told we would need to wait another 3–4 weeks — and that production hadn’t even started. Had we been told this from the outset, we could have planned accordingly and arranged temporary branded workwear. Instead, we were misled, which left us in a very difficult position at a critical time. When I raised the earlier assurances, this was dismissed with little regard, which was both frustrating and disappointing. We have now received the items and, as mentioned, the quality is very good. However, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to take responsibility cast a significant shadow over the company. We do need further products, but based on this experience, we are very hesitant to place another order. Great product, but the service needs significant improvement”

“Took over 2 months to be delivered, no communiactions from the company and after chasing for my order (3 t-shirts) they told me there was a back log in the embroidery department. These were sample and we were looking to place an order for 217 units however will be pplacing elsewhere. I then changed my order to all printed and was told it would be the following Wednesday (6 days later) then didnt arrive for another week after that. All this time and all the contact I got was more spam emaisl advertising for additional order. Very poor service!”
