“Apologies to do this to a small family run business, but i have been asked to share my experiences and i will be factual. The end product is what i asked for. How i get there was far from ideal. 23/03/26: Ordered online and paid 28/03/26: Artwork approval sent and approved, told the expected delivery date of 17/04/26 04/06/26: Order delivered In that time, i recieved 31 emails including spam and marketing. (Yes i could have blocked this, but i was hoping for order updates!) The order did include a letter saying they are a small family run business and trying to recruit more people going forward. I'm sorry, but i won't be using JRS again”

“The items themselves are great - very pleased with them. There was a significant delay in delivery. We had also arranged for the items to be delivered to a different address as were we away by the time they were ready for delivery - the parcel was still delivered to our home address which resulted in someone having to travel some distance to collect it.”

“3 stars doesn’t give the quality justice. I’d give 5* for quality 1* for communication and delivery timeframe. If it’s going to take 8 weeks say so. So I can then determine if it’s viable for me to purchase or go elsewhere.”

“GREAT QUALITY AND VERY IMPRESSED! A long wait for the products due to high order volumes. This being said JRS were great with communication on this. On product arrival I was very impressed with all the goods! Definitely will be ordering more”

“Nightmare to deal with, unhelpful, don’t care and attitude if challenged about deadlines because 1, they can’t deliver the logo without keeping within there stitch allowance and In fact instead wanted to charge an extra £8 per item to accommodate the extra stitch allowance never experienced at any competitors used previously, the extra charge was refused and then they were unable to remodel the logo to work within their stitch allowance for the delivery deadline as they hadn’t started /resumed (who knows) it yet and 2 allowed the deadline to drift. As a result pass the deadline needed for the event the order was for and 3 last but not least charge a £20 cancellation fee plus vat so £24 stating it was for work done on the logo (that wasn’t even started) and also knowing we are a not for profit company. so would I suggest you don’t use this company. I would suggest you go to another, I can recommend C2O. Great friendly and customer focused. Bet they wish they sent me a customer review link.”

“Placed an order with JRS that was delayed by 3 weeks then an additional 1 week. This wouldnt have been as issue but I did have to call multiple times to get an update on my order. The quality of the unifrom is really good”

“I am so glad that i came across JRS. I ordered some new polos for work and they exceeded my expectations. Wow! The quality of the polos and the embroidery is amazing. Absolutely love them. Will only get my new work uniform from JRS now”

“Would NOT recommend. Took 10 weeks to be delivered even though it was stated 21 days. Poor communication, i had to email them everytime to chase my order. Polo shirts got damaged twice apparently in productions. When i had finally had enough of waiting and asked for a refund they couldnt process that because that same day of recieving my email requesting the refund by miracle the jumper was ready to dispatch but the p polo shirt still damaged, asked for a refund on jsut the polo shirt and still got declined even though it wasn't ready apparently. Polo shirt then got posted with the jumper.”
