“Although the quality of the garments are of good quality and a great price it took from the 25/3/26 to 12/6/26 to receive the order even when ordering had stated that they expect a 4 week delivery time. After repeated messages to get an answer I was given the excuse of they had been inundated with orders which is absolutely fine but no updates were given and no correspondence of their own back which to me shows a lack of respect for the client. If anyone from the company ends up reading this I would say transparency is key to keeping clients happy, I don’t mind a delay or waiting longer for the products, I’m happy that the company is busy and you’re doing well but just keep clients in the loop!”

“Im not one to even write reviews but the Customer service has been so poor - delivery took over 2 months to arrive no updates unless I emailed them even then they would take several days to respond - finally have the item now but even the logo is too high up from where it said it would be really wouldn’t recommend this company! I will not be purchasing again”

“Can’t deny the quality is really good, HOWEVER, my order was just over 2 MONTHS late. When ordered I was told it would arrive by 10th April. 10th June I was still e-mailing asking where it was. Communication really poor. Was repeatedly told ‘we’re about 3-4 weeks behind’ and then ‘promised’ it would arrive in by the end of the week (end of May). As I say…..good quality, but if you don’t want to wait 3 months then go elsewhere.”

“Fantastic supplier of work clothing. Portwest DX4 clothing I highly recommend for quality. Tried the customisable on a T-Shirt & wooooow !! Just placed another order with logos & will be back again. Take a wee look in “Clearance” for some fantastic bargains”

“The quality of my workwear is great (apart from the XL t-shirts being a bit tight around the arms), the only thing I could really complain about was that the delivery timing was a little slow. I placed an order in early April and recevied the items mid-June. The communication was ok, and they were kind enough to offer a 10% discount for the delay. I'm happy to use JRS again but only when they are over thier current back-log”

“Great quality material and attention to detail. Guttingly for me I got the sizes wrong and all are to big apart from t shirts that fit perfectly. Just make sure you choose the correct size. Would definitely recommend though 👍”

“The lead time from order to delivery was not meet and I had to chase the company to find out why order not delivered on due date set by JRS. For poor communication and not able to meet their own delivery date I have dropped my star rating , if delivered on time or they kept me up to date with the delay I would had happily given the 5 stars as the quality and price is fantastic. Saying this I would still give them another chance and order from them again.”

“The quality of the product is very good, however I placed the order on the 02/05/26 for 20 items and received 17 items on the 16/06/26, I had to pursue an explanation for the delay on several occassion to be told each time that they would be dispatched within a few days, finally i was told that they did not have all my items in stock and I asked to dispatch whatever was available. Not sure when or if I'll receive the other items?”

“The only grump I have is that they took to long to deliver however I am aware of large influx of work and to resolve this they have employed more staff the products I’ve brought this time and previously are really good and would recommend to anyone”
