“Although the clothing is very smart and comfortable.. the embroidery was an absolute disaster.. not what I asked for with terrible quality. I waited 8 or so weeks for my items only to be sent something I had to send straight back. Communication is appalling. Currently waiting on my updated embroidery items to be completed.”

“QUALITY AND VALUE FOR MONEY WERE EXCEPTIONAL. DELIVERY TIMES AND COMMUNICATING THIS OR NOT, AS THE CASE WAS, IS DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING. LOVE THE CLOTHING, JUST NOT THE 2 WEEK DELAY WITHOUT BEING INFORMED. OTHERWISE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A 5* RATING.”

“I am incredibly disappointed by the service provided by JRS Industrial. I placed an order for personalised tote bags almost six weeks before the event I needed them for. After three weeks they contacted me to say they couldn't print the bags but could embroider them. I emailed to say that this was acceptable, as long as the bags were with me no later than 13th March. I was told that the order would be with me by the 2nd March. On 15th March, when the order hadn't arrived, I emailed to cancel the order as it was clear it wouldn't arrive on time. No one emailed back. On 16th March I called and was told the bags were 'on the machines now' and they would look at expediting the order. I asked them to call me to confirm the delivery date and time. No one called me back. The bags arrived after the event, by which time I had bought unbranded (but cheaper) bags. I am very angry about the lack of customer service. I have not been offered an apology or refund. I'm not particularly happy with the size or quality of the logo they have embroidered and I now have 16 bags that I have paid £120 for, to be used at an event that has already happened, plus I had to spend an additional £60 on another 16 bags as replacements. The question is: what will JRS Industrial do to help me as a small business owner that's now out of pocket?”

“Clothes are good, ordering easy and comms pretty good. Lead time was a good few weeks out from what the website said when ordering (which was a factor when ordering) - colour matching of logo to the thread used in stitching was ok. But overall happy and will likley order more supplies.”
