“Terrible. Ordered 5 t-shirts and fleece. 4 came. when I contacted them they sent on the other t-shirt, but was about 2 sizes larger . Contacted them again. They asked what size was on label?? Does it really matter when I sent photos of both sizes together. Needles to say never heard back. Best advice stay away.”

“Very happy with my purchase! One of the items was out of stock so a customer service rep from JRS called me directly to arrange a replacement as I ordered for express delivery so they knew I needed it quite urgently. Resolved super quick and I still received my order on time. Will definitely be using again! Product great quality and very reasonably priced.”

“I'm going to be brutally honest. Firstly the quality of the clothing I ordered, the embrodered logo, the customer service and the cost of the items 5 stars all the way. No issues whatsoever wuth these aspects. The negatives - Slow delivery times unless you want to pay a small fortune to speed it up. To get a delivery within a week would cost as much as the clothing and embridery combined. It's for that reason and only that reason why I wouldn't order from them again. It reminds me of a well known low cost airline who offer you flights for £20 but then charge you for your seat, your luggage and your boarding pass and before you know it that £20 great offer has become £200. Just my opinion.”

“Firstly, promised delivery date was on the 11th February - all emails recieved stated order would be recieved by this date and no later. 11th February and no delivery, phoned to be promised it would be dispatched that day and arrive no later than the 12th. 12th Arrived and still no order - phoned again to once again be promised delivery the following day. Once again, no delivery. The delivery eventually arrived 5 days late and was a huge disappointment. Paid extra for logos to be added to the back and the logos on the reverse are tiny in comparission to the jumpers/t-shirts. Overall I would never use this company again. First and last time.”
