“Quality printing and quality clothing. Great customer service, there was a slight placement issue with the print on one hoodie, got in contact with JRS and they rectified the problem straight away. I will be ordering more items from you again”

“I'd previously placed my small quantity order with another supplier but had to cancel after multiple "quality check" issues, cancellations and reorders. Tried JRS and design accepted straight away, polo shirts arriving in great condition on the day stated. Will use again”

“Excellent Service . I inadvertently ordered two jackets instead of one . I emailed a few hours later and a refund was actioned immediately . The jacket arrived very rapidly. We caravan a lot and if a breakdown occurs on a cold dark motorway we can now both wear these warm comfortable and stand out jackets . I would not hesitate to recommend JRS . for its service and high quality products.”

“Unreliable company to deal with, wouldn't recommend using them again. 1. Slow delivery 2. The pre delivery note stated all the items would be in the package and they wern't, we even contacted the courier incase there was another package. No mention from JRS that there would be 2 packages. 3. Their customer service took days to replty to our missing items, the courier company took minutes. 4. We were told by their customer service reps that we'd hear back once they looked into our order, we heared nothing back.”

“Quality of shirt and embroidery was good however as an add on order delivery timeframe was poor considering the proofs were already in place as was value for money. Delivery as £12 for a single item was extortionate.”

“I purchased a coat, a hooded sweatshirt, and a polo shirt — all in size L. The polo shirt and the coat fit absolutely perfectly. However, the sweatshirt has been a problem from the beginning. Since the first day, the wrist area felt annoyingly tight. After a couple of months of wearing it, the entire sweatshirt has noticeably shrunk by around 1–1.5 inches all around. I understand that some materials can reduce slightly in size after washing, but I did not expect such a significant change. The wrist cuffs are now so tight that I cannot wear it at all. It basically fits my wife now, who is a size S. I don’t think this is acceptable for a sweatshirt in size L. I have attached several photos. I bought two identical sweatshirts and only wore one of them. You can see the difference clearly when comparing the worn one to the brand-new one.”

“Hi ..ordered work trousers 6xl and fit brilliant then ordered lundy overtrousers 6xl and are far to big .. thought i could send back and exchange for smaller size but can't.. you need to send back wait till order is settled and reorder ,.”

“I bought 2 pairs of work trousers and they didn't come as described, I'm supposed to know from the picture it's slim fit. It didn't say that in the description or specs now I have to pay to return it then and then the postage to me will be deducted.. not happy with the service at all 😡😡”

“Very pleased with the items but disappointed with where the writing was put on the bar aprons. The first batch that I had the name of the cafe was on the front pocket so could be easily seen. This second batch they have put the writing above the pocket so when the apron is tied it hide the words. So it was a waste of money getting the wording done. I was not given an option of where to put it”
