“Clothing quality is great delivery and customer service is very poor. Done 3 orders everyone met with excuses after excuses for late delivery . Embroidery machines broken . Recent order still not delivered problems again I emailed to chase up my order and got told 2 days before delivery date they wouod be 2/3 weeks behind .. been waiting a month now so another 2 or 3 weeks is shocking. Have now been told it will be with me by the end of the week. Very much doubt it as last delivery they informed it had been dispatched and the delivery company didn't receive it for a week later... shocking service and not a good company of you need the clothing for events. Twice ive been let down now 💯 will not be using again.. im a firm believer in giving people the benefit of the doubt and second chances but they have continued to let me down.. shocking service .. very poorly run company from my opinion ..”

“Poor communication- flippant responses to delays almost this is the delay like or lump it. Was severely delayed from original order date. I own a company and hate review platforms- I would take this review on board and train staff to communicate better / have better procedures in place.”

“The quality of the clothing is pretty good and the logo embroidery work is exceptional but it took a very long time to get done! I bought a bundle promo and it was delayed by a month in the end!”

“Absolutely terrible customer service, they where 3 weeks late with my order which already had an estimated date of almost 4 weeks from my order date , wouldn’t reply to my emails after I emailed several times and messaged on instagram, I got a generic response saying it would be 1-2 weeks after estimated date. I waited the suggested time and emailed again to no response. I ended up telling them I was going to contact my bank for a refund if they didnt tell me when I was going to receive my order, to which they replied in a few mins and my order was dispatched the next day. Products are good and I’m really happy with what I received, but the poor customer service really made it a painful experience and I won’t be ordering again because of this!”

“I ordered two custom Polo Shirts and a printed Hi-Vis which I am more than happy with, I had searched for a supplier who could provide me with the sizes I needed which was proving difficult until I found JRS, the finished product is great quality and I can’t wait to wear them they are going to be a very good marketing tool for my business and I will certainly be placing future orders when I need more.”

“Disappointed. Took 6 weeks for order to arrive and it was wrong. JRS wouldn’t accept responsibility and stopped communicating. Online ordering system is simple but doesn’t give you the chance to see how logos etc would look on the product so difficult to see if the logo / text sizes are appropriate. Embroidery is poor with all lettering joined up and looking blurry. Price seems good and I got a 10% refund for the delay hence the 2 stars, but otherwise, won’t use again.”

“Ordered from JRS as other suppliers in the past have been terrible in terms of logo attachment. The logo has not changed a bit and it has been in multiple wash and dries. Great service, great fit and will definitely be buying more.”
