“Very pleased with garments and service from JRS. I ordered a pair of trousers to check the fit. The fit was good, so I bought an additional pair, as well as a top, both with individual stitching. I am a Motorsport Marshal and was planning to wear them at Silverstone for the British Grand Prix in early July. I rang the Sales Team to check the delivery date. They said unfortunately they were unable to move it forward, and I wouldn’t receive them on time. Then lo and behold that arrived the day before I left to go to Silverstone. Well done JRS and the Sales Team who obviously moved things along a bit. Thank you. Photo is me as a Post Chief posing on the track shortly before the race started. Oh, and they are very comfortable too.”

“Delivery was very late and was sent the wrong colour t-shirts. Emailed to complain and no response. The picture is the right colour t-shirt I needed but wrong picture on website. Needed turquoise not baby blue.”

“Logos not as bright as garments delivered and its hard to make out logo .. the xlarge hoodys are more like xxl and lastly the colour is ment to be charcoal but has a brown tinge to it .. I did reach out on delivery but no reply.. Keith KJLandscapingservices@outlook.com”

“Items are a reasonably good quality but they missed two delivery deadlines the items where 8 weeks longer than the 6 weeks they said they would be, so 15 weeks in total . When the items did arrive I was two items short I believed they have sent these out but no reply to my email and no apology. Shame as the quality is good price was ok just far to long no working phone numbers and they don’t reply to emails.”

“Very disappointed with the overall experience. My order arrived a week after it was placed, despite the items not even being customised. This caused significant inconvenience, as we needed them for a scheduled photography session that required pre-arranged site access and permissions. In the end, I had to purchase replacement items from B&Q and Amazon to ensure we had everything on time. To make matters worse, customers are expected to pay for the return postage, and responses to emails are extremely slow. Overall, poor service and not a company I would use again.”
