“I won’t use again or recommend anyone does terrible quality and poor customer service bought a pair of work trousers 42 R they came they were 30 R at most but had the 42 R tag in had to pay postage to return them which I don’t see why when it was there poor quality control mistake would not refund me the postage costs said they could send me the correct size which is have to pay postage again so I’d be paying postage 3 times to get a pair that fits what a joke”

“Found the people who work at JRS incredibaly helpful. I had to return 2 garments because i was imagining i was slimmer than i am. I dont generally return things so they explained what i needed to do over the phone. I ordered the replacement garments which arrived and i recieved the money back for the returned items nearly the same day. Thank you for being so helpful”

“i ordered a pair of leo kingford ecoviz 36s work trousers on the 1/9/25 and i'am still waiting for to be delivered.APC said they have been delivered but i have not received them ,been in touch with APC and your company but very poor customer service from both of you.”
