“I placed an order on the 14th Nov, 2025. After chasing up a couple times, they delivered my order partially as half of the beanies were out of stock. I requested to changed to the colour so I could receive them sooner but they said they didn't have enough stocks. I only needed 6 more of my order! Eventually they asked me whether I would accept an alternative colour on the 19th Dec, and I said I would agree that. After chasing up a few more times which they replied I would receive them by the end of the week. Today is the 17th Jan, 2026, they asked the same question again whether I would accept a different colour!!!!! I understand delay happens and especially during Christmas period. I have been waiting patiently but they would not update until I chase up and gave me false promise over and over again. The rest of the order that I received were in good quality tho. However, the lead time is ridiculous and simply is beyond annoying.”

“Easy to use website, plenty of well priced quality clothes options to pick from. The team delivered on my logo position, colour and sizing requirements during the proofing phase, and the products (in my case, polo shirts and cap) arrived on time and of high quality. I will be using them again”

“Was wrong colour embroidery on all my items so me personally I Won't be using again, but managed to get a reply with some sort of refund.. so I've changed my reviews I'm sure it's a great company but my experience personally wasn't that great,”
