Hi Andrew Thanks for your review. We spoke with your son yesterday and notified him that DPD has tried to deliver the parcel 3 times unsuccessfully and it has now been returned to us. “He’s were very helpful, even replying to emails sent on a Sunday. Unfortunately dpd lost my original order, and jrs didn’t have enough stock to repeat it in full immediately, but their customer service team were excellent , and the replacement they had came out incredibly fast. Like with everywhere , they are hampered by their couriers.”
