“Jumbo Pets is a great pet store. Prices are reasonable and shipping is almost always next day or the day after. I would have given 5 stars but a product I always buy has been out of stock for a long time. The product in question is Cara Crystal Litter which I gather is sourced from overseas.”

“Great pricing. Very quick delivery, once under way. However, I was very disappointed at not being notified that my item was on back order. I received an "your order has been processed" email on the day of order, and then nothing for over a week. When I check my order status in my account, it said the item was on back order. I later received an email that my order had been shipped, and it arrived the next day. Overall, a good experience, but not great.”
“This was hard to rate. Jumbo Pets were great and sent the goods quickly, but the courier company were terrible. They didn't deliver on the day they said they would and then just dumped the stuff unattended. So, I would give Jumbo Pets 5 stars but the courier 0.”
“Really good prices but quite long deliveries. It says 1-3 days and took twice that. Normally that would be fine but I ended up running out food. They were one of the only places who had what I was looking for though. I'd buy again. Just beware that it'll take longer than expected to be delivered”
