“Ordered the wither protection vest. Does not do the job as pads either side of the wither and material joining it rests on the wither and will rub like the rug does. To return it is like taking an A level exam !! It took a few e-mails before it was agreed and what is required is taking it too far. I understand that they do not want the return of used items and that would be obvious, but all the other points to note are a bit OTT. Very deceptive in the description of the item.”
