I have not received the rug I purchased as IFS Global Logistics Ltd have not delivered on the 2 dates I have ibeen given.

Bring back the quality from a few years ago. Not all customers want a paper thin rug we can throw in the washing machine. I would like a rug that looks like a real rug and will last, not something I'll throw out in 6 months time

The top part of the rug is lovely (shaggy), however, there is absolutely no cushioning in the part underneath.

Really after 2 months you are wanting to put things right don't think so you have plenty of time to rectify my orders and you have not even got back to me poor poor customer support in fact none
